Exceptional Trekking Experience with Mission Himalaya Treks and Expeditions
My experience with Mission Himalaya Treks and Expeditions has been truly exceptional, surpassing all the treks I’ve done in the past. From start to finish, the team provided excellent service, making it the most memorable adventure so far.
The team was incredibly helpful, cooperative, and most importantly, understanding of the unique needs of each trekker. They made sure that every individual was taken care of, which really stood out as a mark of their professionalism.
The food was nothing short of excellent, with a wide variety that catered to every preference, and the quality was consistently high throughout the trek. The accommodation tents and the hygiene of the washroom facilities were also up to the mark, ensuring comfort during the entire journey.
A special mention goes to Leader Ghamen Ghale, whose passion and enthusiasm for the trek were contagious. His leadership and dedication to making sure the trek went smoothly were evident at every step. His commitment to the team was truly inspiring, and we felt incredibly well-guided throughout the trek.
The only challenge we faced was with the Ground Team, which was sometimes unreachable and non-responsive to calls and messages while we were in Dharmashala and Bhamtang, mainly due to weather conditions and network issues. However, our guide handled the situation admirably, and it did not impact the overall experience much. I hope this is an area that can be improved upon in the future.
Despite this small hiccup, I would definitely choose Mission Himalaya Treks and Expeditions Pvt Ltd for another trek and recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and well-organized trekking experience. Looking forward to more adventures with your team in the future!
Taplejung district in the far east of Nepal is home to a protected area. It was worth the effort, however difficult to get to from Kathmandu. We traveled several kilometers on a dirt road for six hours, starting at Sekathum. Then from Taplejung, where we started on one of the two paths leading to the base camp. The routes leading to the basecamps are difficult but manageable. And they are kept up with spartan lodges en route for food and lodging (forget about Western comforts). Tons of nature and very few tourists.
I completed the fantastic hiking route to Everest Base Camp in late 2016, at which point I reviewed it as the hardest trek in Nepal. However, after doing the Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek, I had to update my assessment because it is now the most difficult trek in Nepal. I had to expend all of my physical energy to reach this amazing Base Camp. No Words are enough to describe it, it is incredibly amazing.
One of the world’s greatest and least visited places. Beautiful mountains, plants, and species that are untouched and unspoiled by time. ethnic population, customs-based lifestyle, natural hospitality. Highly recommended for the trekkers.
Third-highest mountain in the world and the second-highest mountain in Nepal. Situated in the east of Sikkim, India, and the south, north, and west of the Taplejung district of Nepal.
North Base Camp is also known as Yalung Base Camp and Pangpema Base Camp! The majority of individuals approach the mountain from South Base Camp! We can go from Tseram-Ramzer to South Base Camp by way of the stunning Yalung Glacier! Kanchenjungha is one of the world’s best trekking destinations!
The trek can be amazing and strenuous. The views of Rathok, Jannuhimal (Kumbhakarna), the Kabru Mountains, and Kanchenjunga are amazing. You will have an incredible experience traveling the high route in the Himalayas with the great landscapes and huge forests.
Recently, I undertook the Everest Base Camp trek by road alongside a small group of friends. For those journeying in a group, seeking an affordable yet unique experience of standing in front of Everest, the excursion with Mission Himalaya Treks proves to be an exceptional choice.
Opting for road travel enabled us to partake in a scenic drive through breathtaking landscapes and local villages, immersing ourselves in the rich local culture. Birendra, Sundar, and the entire team at Mission Himalaya Treks were truly outstanding.
They efficiently handled all the requisite permits and paperwork, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the awe-inspiring beauty of the Everest region. Their expertise surpassed my expectations, and my friends and I are grateful for selecting Mission Himalaya Treks and Expeditions Pvt Ltd to orchestrate this extraordinary journey for us.
A couple of weeks prior to my departure, I organized a journey to the Manaslu Circuit. I was unable to conduct a 14 day up-and-down due to schedule constraints. Everything was planned by Birendra, from the guide and porter to the hotel in Kathmandu and the last transportation from Dharapani to Kathmandu. I did not make any plans; I simply booked my overseas travel. I wasn’t even required to be aware of the address because a car picked me up at the airport and took me to the hotel. It required minimal preparation as was possible in reality.
I had no plans for the trip because it was so last-minute. Birendra set up a safari, a few additional events, and a driver to take me to the bush and let me stay there for a few days. I was driven back by the driver, and the following day I departed Nepal. Overall, being able to go on a trek, safari, etc. with little to no preparation was wonderful. Everything was taken care of. A journey of forever. Mission Himalaya Treks comes highly recommended.
An approachable and welcoming hike. The steps are slightly painful at the initial moment, but you grow used to it. I need to say that the final week of February is a little soon to accomplish this. Beyond 3000 meters, there’s a lot of snowfall that necessitates the use of microspikes, and reaching base camp from the summit camp is difficult and not advised without assistance. Additionally, in February, the haze builds up swiftly and is completely obscured by 3 o’clock.
We had really a good vacation in Nepal organized in really last minutes by Birendra, who always quick answer out my questions. He not only gives me advise he help me book the trips. and help me to rent the gear for trekking. Sambhu amazed me with his great knowledge about mountain and Sherpas. Birendra provides information about Hinduism and Buddhism. Thanks for lovely welcome dinner in “Nepali Chulo”-a great hospitality clean restaurant for local cuisine. All the staffs not only kinds very professional in Everest View trek. I will come back future may be for Everest Base Camp Trek to break myself record more than 5000m hahaha.
Some month ago my friend and I did Everest view trek with Mission Himalaya Local Company in Nepal. I am very happy after this trip. Perfectly organized. I thought the teahouse is very basic but there my company give inside the toilet room. Hot shower and the guiding of Lakpa was so nice. the English of him not excellent but I understand all his information and we can fully communicate. Fast answer and fast service. He never told no in our trekking. Really the worth of money and Hospitality of Nepali awesome. I highly recommend this company and I hope my review will help some other people decide about Nepal Trekking.
