Synopsis of 7 days Nepal Bhutan Short Tour Itinerary

Booking this tour package you will get to spend 3nights in Bhutan, also known as Kingdom of Thunder Dragon. For the remaining 3 nights, your stay will be at the beautiful hotel in Kathmandu valley. And on the 7th day of your journey, you will spend the night at your own home.

The tour starts from your arrival day in Nepal. After your landing at the Kathmandu airport, our delegate will pick you up from there and transfer you to the hotel. Wandering around the lively streets of Thamel you can have a great night at Thamel. The next day, enjoy Kathmandu World Heritage Sites Day Tour.

Wake up early for the Kathmandu to Bhutan flight and drive to Thimphu and explore the fortress, weekend market and National Library there. For the next day's visit drive to Punakha. Thereafter, with your final day in Bhutan spent at Paro, the tour takes you to Nepal, another day. Enjoy souvenir shopping or sightseeing on this same day.

Day 1:

Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, and transfer to the hotel by our Delegate

Enlivened by the wonderful Himalayan Himalayan vistas just before the landing of the plane, you will see our delegate with your nameplate in the hoarding station. He/she will transfer you to the hotel from the airport. You can rest for a while in the hotel room.

A few hours of rest in the hotel room helps you overcome the problem of the jet-lag to some extent. Thereafter, spend the evening wandering around the vibrant streets of Thamel. Teemed with souvenirs stalls, handicraft shops, pubs, hotels, and restaurants, the streets of Thamel give you the best introduction to tourism in Nepal.

Day 2:

Guided Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour

After the devour of morning breakfast, we will take you for the sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley. To experience the grandeur of the whole Kathmandu Valley simply a day tour is not enough. However, no matter how much time you spend here, each and every historical craft and architecture of this city pays off for each of your second.

Day 3:

Fly from Kathmandu to Paro airport and drive to Thimpu for Thimphu Sightseeing

After around 3 hours of thrilling flight from Kathmandu to Paro, our representative from Bhutan will pick you from the airport. From Paro, the guide will guide you to Thimphu. Well known as the capital of Bhutan, Thimphu is enriched with several sightseeing places.

On this day you will explore Tashichho Dzong, National Memorial Chorten, the biggest Buddha Dordenma Statue and similar places.

Day 4:

Drive Thimphu to Punakha via Dochu La Pass for Punakha sightseeing

Wake up early to enjoy the delicious breakfast and immediately get ready for a drive to Punakha via Dochu La Pass. Marked by 108 beautiful chortens, the pass showcases the pictures of several mesmerising mountains.
Short hour of the drive will take you to Punakha. Dedicating the remaining day for sightseeing in Punakha, you will first visit Chimi Lakhang. Known as the fertility shrine, the route to the temple passes through the farming land of paddies, millet, and, barley.

Embracing the tantalizing natural and cultural beauty of the Lhakhang you will head to Punakha Dzong, the next.
Situated between two Pho Chu and Mochu rivers, a visit to this dzong leaves you trance.

Day 5:

Take a drive back to Paro and hike to Taktsang Monastery

Your Nepal Bhutan tour is not worthwhile until you opt for the hike to Taktsang aka Tiger's Nest Monastery. Thus, the early morning drive from Punakha takes you to Paro.

Day 7:

Drive to the Kathmandu International airport for the final departure
